MARINA AT THE SHORE
Construction began on The Shore's marina and pier in January 2010. Conveniently located mere metres from your residence this beautifully built and designed structure will offer limited numbers of slips for new condo buyers to lease on a first come first serve basis. The slips will accommodate boats up to 30ft.
The pier will feature a terrific restaurant and a multi-purpose, open access facility for residents that can serve as both a fitness centre and a communal gathering space. The pier will also house personal storage areas for water craft including surfboards and kayaks.
